Open position: Reservations Agent

– Seeking candidates who thrive in a collaborative and industrious environment
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to follow established procedures while thinking creatively
– Proficiency in written and spoken English; additional languages, particularly Italian, are advantageous but not mandatory
– Willingness to work rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends
– Positive attitude and a strong team player
– Previous experience in customer support is a plus
– Accurately input reservations into the company system
– Promptly address customer inquiries via phone and email
– Follow up with drivers to ensure punctual and flawless service
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– No cold calling !
