Global Bond Sets an Example

Global Bond Team was super proud to be in the spotlight as a good example of outsourcing customer support needs at NLA Show in Washington DC. Eight Black’s owner – Simon Chen shared his experience as a key note speaker at the conference. 

Here is what Lana Yaksic (Director of operations at Global Bond) has to say about this amazing moment:

I joined the Global Bond team in April 2021. In June, same year, I started working for EightBlack, with over 10 years experience, I easily adapted to their work environment.
I integrated well and became a part of the company. With that mindset I led the team of about 8 agents, and we accomplished great things for our client – Eight Black.
The greatest recognition of our collaboration is the fact that our team was presented to more than 300 NLA members at the NLA Show in DC this November, as an example of a successful off-shore CS team.

Mr Simon Chen visited our team in Belgrade three times. He would spend a few days in the office, working with the team, answering questions we might have and sharing his experience and ideas. 
Besides that, the entire team would go out on a nice dinner and have some quality time bonding.

Every visit was special and meant a lot to our team. We get to know Mr Chen, learn his way and ideas. We share his enthusiasm.
Next visit is planned for Feb 2023, and we will be more than happy to welcome the EightBlack EVP and VP – Technology.
