Event in Bologna brought numerous challenges, but our Italy Team rose to every occasion with unmatched professionalism, resilience, and dedication. Despite a fast-changing environment, tight deadlines, and constant pressure, the team worked tirelessly to ensure flawless execution throughout the event.
From day one, the workload was intense. With 1,558 passengers and 452 transfers coordinated over just five days—most of them packed into the first three—the team was faced with what seemed like an impossible task. Yet, through teamwork, adaptability, and unwavering commitment, they made the impossible possible.
Long hours, operational changes on the fly, and a chaotic atmosphere didn’t slow them down. Instead, they stayed focused, solutions-oriented, and united. Their ability to overcome every obstacle with precision and grace showcased the very best of what our company stands for.
